Production Introduction

Production Site: 


Nordson Bo has 2 production bases, with a total workshop area of 5000 square meters, a total of 10 standard 4G5G isolator and circulator production lines, and 2 production lines for private network series products, including 6 automated production lines. 


Patent rich: 


All products have 100% independent intellectual property rights. 


Several patents have been applied to the product. 


Generative Capabilities: 


Nordsonbo's production process includes: assembly, debugging, aging, laser coding, inspection, testing, packaging 7 major processes, composed of 21 processes; the overall production automation rate exceeds 70%, of which the automation rate of 5G product production line reaches 75%, and the automation rate of 4G product line reaches 60%, reaching the leading level of automation rate in the industry. Some automation equipment is the first in the industry and is in a leading position. Measuring and testing equipment 100% industry brand precision measuring instruments. 


Personnel skill training and echelon construction: 


All key positions in production have passed training and assessment and are certified, with no less than 50% of key skilled personnel and more than 25% of senior technicians; at the same time, it pays attention to the training of multi-skilled workers, with more than 30% of people mastering more than 5 skills and more than 10% of all-round workers. The production department focuses on personnel training and echelon construction, providing two upward channels for management and technology. We are committed to continuously building a production team with a high level of professionalism.

Production IT systems: 


The production line has been introduced into MES production and manufacturing system, ATE final test system, three-level scanning code quality control system, electronic signage and other IT auxiliary systems, through the support of IT system, to establish a standardized production management information platform to ensure the improvement of the product traceability system, and provide real-time, accurate and reliable production data for management decision-making. We will continue to optimize the production and manufacturing management mode to achieve refined management.
